Initially founded in 1972, the company has four business units including Incorporations, l, Executive Airport and Hotels and restaurants Fasano. This company possesses the ability to identify new ventures that are innovative and qualitative in the projects it works on, good examples, is the Cidade Jardim Shopping Complex that contains various shopping stores, the Bela Vista, Ponta Negra and Metro Tucuruv. Jose Auriemo is the current chief executive officer and chairperson of JHSF. He initially began working for the company in 1993 after graduating from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado University, Sao Paolo. In 1997 he created a parking lot management entity to found a group service development which was a success. Consequently, he acquired the rights and developed the first shopping mall for the group service. Jose Auriemo worked his way to the top, in 2009 he oversaw the transformation from the group venture into retail, signing of partnerships and representation of various luxurious brands.
Up to date, Auriemo is the sole administrator of the shopping and retail portfolio, overseeing the brand’s interest in public developments, offices, and hotels. His high-end market ventures have proved to be an essential investment in Brazil’s economy. He also relocated to New York in 2015 to supervise the construction of the high-rise apartment and hotel service on Fifth Avenue. More so he has implemented an investment strategy of only to rent the apartment and not sell it.
