Bruno Fagali is a Brazilian law practitioner situated in Sao Paulo. He has comprehensive expertise in public law, anti-corruption law, and electoral law. His specification is in the areas of compliance, consulting, and litigation. He also deals with bidding law, regulatory law, administrative contracts, urban law, and legal suites. Bruno Fagali is a highly learned man; he got his law degree from the eminent Pontifical University of Sao Paulo. He also attained a Master’s course in public law, administrative law, and anticorruption law from the University of Sao Paulo. Bruno participated in other short courses in different areas of law at various learning institutions. Bruno Fagali worked at three law firms as an intern. These companies include Office Model Dom Paulo Evaristo Arns, Manesco Ramires Perez Azevedo Marques Law Firm, and Tojal Teixeira Ferreira Serrano & Renault associate attorneys. He started working as a lawyer at Radi, Calil e-Associates law in 2012. He mainly specified in public law and litigation in areas of improper conduct and public civil action. He left the law firm in 2014 and moved to the University of Sao Paulo the following year. He participated in the university’s Law School Improvement Program. His duties were to prepare and monitor classes. He would also direct courses and classes. At the end of 2015, New/sb appointed Bruno Fagali as a Corporate Integrity Manager, a position he holds to date. His mandate at the advertising agency is to create the integrity program. He is also responsible for overseeing its implementation and adherence. July last year, Bruno Fagali opened his law practice firm, Fagali Law. Bruno Fagali is also a partner at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.

A look at Comparative Law with Sujit Choudhry

Comparative law is the study of legal systems of different countries. It involves analyzing the differences and similarities of laws in different countries. Such comparisons provide a better understanding of foreign legal systems. Understanding the laws of foreign countries is important in this era of globalization. It enhances better international cooperation.

Sujit Choudhry is the I. Michael Heyman Professor of Law at UC Berkeley School of Law. He is internationally recognized due to his expertise in Comparative Constitutional Law. Sujit’s works addresses basic questions in constitutional law including constitutional design. This is a tool that manages transformation in politics. Constitutional design which is especially useful in ethnically divided communities enables a changeover form violent based politics to peaceful democratic politics. Before joining Berkely, Choudhry was Cecilia Goetz professor of law at NYU school of Law. He was also chair in faculty of law at University of Toronto. He holds law degrees from Harvard, Oxford and Toronto. He once served as a law clerk to Chief justice Antonio at the Supreme Court in Canada.

Professor Sujit Choudhry is the founder and director of Center for Constitutional Transitions. This is a university based center which assembles and mobilizes knowledge regarding constitution building. He is knowledgeable in this area as he is also a member of the United Nations Mediation Roster. He has also worked as a constitutional expert in Egypt, Libya, Canada, and Tunisia .He also led a board in Toronto, which brought about major reforms in the municipal government.

While working as a dean between 2014 and 2016, he developed specific initiatives to enable him implement his agenda of innovation and globalization. He launched a campaign of ‘access for all’ which enabled access to financial aid.
